Brad, Norm and Harry (Curley, Larry and Moe) went out, three to a boat. They went up Amyot Creek. They lost most of their gear. They almost lost the anchor. Brad caught a 6# (27.5") pike. Otherwise, Skunked! The story is not complete without recognizing that (a) Harry had one cast that struck Mike smack in the back of the head (different boats!), (b) Norm got so frustrated that he started walking the water with an oar, and (c) Harry had to work many minutes to retrieve his new "lure retriever" from the creek. "For crap" fishing in the evening except for Mike's 5# (24") walleye caught off the shoreline near Forked Bay. Nothing at all at The Point.
