Dates June 25 - July 1
Highlights
- Weather (not a highlight exactly) was perhaps the most variable of any trip on record. Sunny and warm one day; cold and rainy another; and stormy in between. Needed fires two days to keep warm. Fortunate to get a consistent nice day for the trip to The North.
- Joe's 30th consecutive trip; Bill's 25th; and Andy's 40th.
- 25th Consecutive trip to Flindt Landing.
- The passing of collie Gus.
- New final day meal - Baked "fried" walleye; creamy, cheesy mashed potatoes.
- Continued good (but not great by comparison with recent years) 18"-plus walleye catches - 16 this year.
- Andy's 27" (7.5#) walleye - largest walleye ever caught by the group.
- All keepers 17"-plus.
- Mike's eight walleye catch off the dock the last day.
- Beer selection includes Zombie Dust!
- YOGA!
